WHY THIS WORKS AT
2 AM

You press. Your phone vibrates like bass. Your nervous system downshifts.
Your nervous system is the nightclub. You help it close.

QUESTIONS

What is MyVase?
A bedtime ritual that lives in your iPhone. You touch the screen, it answers with a deep, bass-like vibration, and you put it down when you feel done. No meditation, no breathwork, no journaling. I built it because nothing that asked me to do something ever survived 1 AM.
Who is it for?
People whose brain won't turn off at night. Replaying conversations, 3 AM thoughts, exhausted but can't sleep, or still scrolling because the day never felt finished. I built this for you because I am you.
How is it different from wellness apps?
They ask you to slow down and quiet your mind. After a 12-hour day, mine doesn't take instructions. MyVase asks for nothing: you wind down at the speed you ramped up. Touch, feel, let go.
How does it actually work?
Stress charges your body for action (the fight-or-flight response), and that charge doesn't vanish just because the meeting ended. It sits in your system, which is why you can be completely exhausted and still wired at 1 AM. Steady, deep, rhythmic sensation is how the body learns the action is over (researchers call this "completing the stress cycle"). It's why bass calms a crowd, why rocking soothes, why a purring cat on your chest works, why weighted blankets work (deep pressure stimulation). MyVase uses your phone's vibration engine to give your body that signal: a low pulse that answers your touch and slowly settles, walking you from alert to at-rest (sympathetic to parasympathetic, in the textbook terms). Your body finishes what the day started and downshifts on its own. Nothing to learn, because your body already knows how.
Will it put me to sleep?
I won't promise you sleep. I promise your day ends. When the day actually feels closed, putting the phone down stops being a fight, and in my experience sleep follows on its own.
Does it help with revenge bedtime procrastination?
Staying up late to claim time back after a day that wasn't yours is real, and I'm not going to fight you on it. MyVase gives that claim a better shape: an ending you choose, on your own terms.
